Sir-
I have the honor to make the following Report of the Condition of Bureau affairs in this Subdistrict for the current month.

Affairs have been very quiet here the past month, and I have but little to report. In view of the right of suffrage, lately extended to the Colored several political meetings have been held by them, and loyal whites, in this County and with the exception of one or two slight disturbances, by a few drunken, low class whites, there has been no interference in these meetings. and I do not in future, anticipate any troubles of a serious nature arising from the holding of such meetings, although such fears have been expressed
