Small Pox is rapidly disappearing and its further progress for the present is arrested. On the 1st of the month there were 29 Patients in the Small Pox Hospitals, of these 28 were discharged and 16 more were received during the month, and 5 have died during the month.

The Schools are in a very good Condition. The number of Pupils however is less than it has been during the Winter months. As many of the Scholars have been obliged to go to work on the arrival of good weather.

Very Respectfully
