I have the honor to make the following report on the conditions of the Freedmens affairs in this county during the month of April, 1867.
Having visited the carious parts of the country, Centerville, Dramsville, Fairfax C.H. Vienna and having conversed with the Freedmen I find them to be generally in a contented and prosperous condition. Minute inquiry has failed to discover any who are suffering from want of employement.
