I have the honor to make the following report in regard to the condition of Bureau affairs in this County during the moth of May 1867, The freedmen in this County as a general thing are doing remarkably well. I have [[been?]] but few complaints this month from either the whites or freedmen. Where there are wages to work they seem a fair compensation for their labor and in fact doing as well as can possibly be expected.
