General,
I have the honor to make the following report of Bureau Affairs in General in my Division comprising the Counties of Washington Russell Buchanan Scott Lee and Wise for the Month of June 1867. As follows.

The Freedmen are industrious and all working in the Crops. most of them farming on shares. I have made it known to them that they would not be allowed to suffer from an honest exercise of the franchise. Clothing is much needed for gratuitous distribution to all ages. And to both sexes. And a Hospital much needed for the treatment of the sick at this place,
Very Respectfully your obt Servt
