I have the honor to make the following report in compliance with Circular No. 6. dated Hd. Qrs. Asst. Com'r. Richmond Va. January 29. 1866.

The feeling between the whites and blacks of this Division is still about the same as reported heretofore. There is nothing of interest to embrace in this report.
