At neck Creek Pulaski County, the Schools are in the same condition as when last reported- no change whatever. On the Roanoke River, about four miles east of Blacksburg a colored Sunday School was organized, June 9th 1867 and numbers 4 male teachers "colored", and ten male and ten female scholars. At Drapers Valley, Pulaski County, another  has just been inaugurated, numbering about the same, as above stated. From McDonalds Mills, Montgomery Co, Snowville Pulaski Co., near Pearisburg, Giles County, and other places, where small Schools have been recently established no reports have been presented, and with the multiplied duties of the past month, have been unable to visit these localities For further particulars in regard to Schools, would respectfully refer you, to Special report or communication, addressed to the Rev Mr Manley, Supt. of Ed for Virginia, dated the 18th inst.

Returns from Giles County have just been received, showing the number of colored voters entered upon the lists to be 125.
