I have the honor to submit the following report of the operations of the Bureau R. F. and A Lands, in the 10th Sub District of Virginia, for the month ending July 31st 1867.

The Industrial School had been in full operation during the month of July. Mrs. H.C. Fisher in charge has received from Lieut. Newton Whitten A.A.Q.M. 10th Sub-District, 5287 Five thousand, two hundred and eighty-seven yards of material of various kinds, for the use of the school, and has in the manufacture of it into dresses, furnished employment to an average of seventy-five woman per week, the following
