There are indications that the good feeling existing between the Races are about to be interrupted. In the city there is a strong disposition on the part of the Colored to act in a body and array themselves against the whites regardless of Sentiment. Throughout the county the organization of the Loyal League has caused much distrust on the part of the whites. Not knowing the precise object of the organization, and fearing its design is for purposes of arraying the races against one another.
