I have the honor to submit the following report of the operations of the Bu. R.F. and A.L. in the 10th Sub-District of Virginia, for the month ending August 31" 1867. Number of rations issued to destitute and sick in Hospital 8149. The Industrial School in the charge of Mrs. H.C. Fisher has been in operation during the month, there has been furnished for its use by Lt. Newton Whitten A.A.Q.M, 10" Sub-Dist, (4735) Forty seven hundred and thirty-five yards of various material—which has been used in the manufacture of clothing, the following statement exhibits the result:-
