I think Mr Langston could do much good in this direction especially as he is a strong advocate of it and by his personal presence could start societies all through the State.  I believe persons having the charge of schools and of the education generally should exert themselves in this matter as they have more time than the Officers of the Bureau and it seems to be more in their immediate sphere of duty
