I have the honor to report that the Affairs of the Bureau during the past month have not materialy changed, either for better, or otherwise; Since my last report.  I am sorry to say the school has closed, for want of teachers, which is to be regretted as the children (and also grown people) were improving very rapidly- The temperance societies are gradually increasing their numbers, though drunkeness was not one of the vices of the Freedmen in this division.
