In compliance with Circular No 6 Series of 1866. I have the honor to submit the following report of the operations of the Bureau R. F. and A.L. in the 10th Sub-Dist. of Va. for the month of September 1867.

No Rations issued to Sick and destitute in Hospital 1.703

Loudon County has had Two Schools open during the month with an average attendance of 31 Thirty-one and a roll of 41 Forty-one names.

The Industrial School has been in operation during a portion of the month, (12 old) Twelve hundred and Six yards of material of various kinds was furnished to Mrs H. C. Fisher in charge for its use by 1st Lieut. Newton Whitten A.A.Q.M. 10th Sub-Dist. of Virginia, which has been expended in the manufacture of articles of clothing of various kinds, the operations have not been as extensive as last month, but it is hoped have done some good. The following statement exhibits the result for the month.
