A.S.A.C. 6 In Compliance with Circular No. 6 Hd Qrs Asst Comr State of Va Jany 29.66 reports, that the Temperance Societies are neglected on Acct of politics. The feeling between the two races is not improved. States a Case of a gentleman in King and Queen County, who was compelled in Court to swear whether he had aided [[strikethrough]] abb [[/strikethrough]] the rebellion, in money acts or words etc etc to enable him to obtain Justice.
