I have the honor to report that during the past-month, affairs in reference to the Bureau have passed quietly with exception of some particular excitement - among the supporters of the different candidates for election in the comming convention [?].
At a political meeting held in this city-on the inst[?] some of the speakers in=dulged in personalities and slurs passed and at - one time  there was danger of a row, but - this was soon quieted, and serveral persons who saw action in this disturbance were arrested and bound over to appear at the next board.[best guess]
