I have the honor to submit the following report of the operations of the Bureau R.F. and A. Lands, in the 10th Sub. District of Va. for the month ending November 30th 1867.

The cause of education is progressing rapidly, there are some eighteen schools in this county, they are well attended and the progress of the scholars is very gratifying to the friends of the cause, the following exhibits the state of the schools in this 10th Sub. District of Virginia in a concise shape.
