In compliance with Circular No 6 Series 1866 from Head Quarters Asst Commissioner I have the honor to report the "General Condition of Affairs" for this division as follows.

Sanitary Condition-  Good, very little sickness having been reported.

Seven hundred and seventy seven and one half rations (777 1/2) have been issued to the dependents upon Wise Farm during the past month. none have been issued other than as above.

The farmers upon Wise Farm have been notified that no more rations will be issued, and that they must make an effort to sustain themselves.  There is no  probability that they will suffer for the present from the effects of the same, the greater portion of them having made small crops from the farm, enough at least to supply immediate wants.  
  
Thirteen of the most dependent have been conveyed to the Alms House by the Bureau, Ten out of the number belong to other counties, and will be sent to their respective counties, others should go, but the quarters provided by the county are rather limited in size and no more will be sent until some of those already sent have
