Regarding Bureau Affairs in this Co. I have the honor to state that to my knowledge no change exists from the report made last month. I intend during the coming month, and as soon as the weather will permit, to make a tour through this Co for the purpose of ascertaining by personal inspection the conditions upon which labor will be carried on for the year 68
