I have the honor to submit the following report of the operations, of the Bureau R. F. & A. Lands, in the 10th Sub-Dist. of Virginia for the month ending December 31st 1867.

The schools have been in succesful operation this month and some additions have been made to the number of pupils. The following table exhibits the state of the Schools in each county.
