Reports in compliance with Circular Letter from Commissioner the Progress of Temperance. 

States that very little progress has been made. and that Liquor is sold by all the Merchants in the Division, and it is impossible to accomplish anything with the Adults. The scholars of the schools has been organized into a society and has proved a success.
