General,
I have the honor to report pursuant to Cir. No. 6 Series 1866 from Co Qrs  Asst Com. Dist. of Va. that the condition of Bureau Affairs in this Division for the month of February 1868 is quite good.
1378 Rations have been issued to Destitutes upon requisitions, approved by the Asst Com and it is probable that a considerable increase upon this number will be necessary during the next two or three months until the early spring vegetables make their appearance, when it is believed this issue may be entirely dispensed with.  Quite a large amount of clothing and wood has also been issued, an issue which can, it is believed, be nearly if not quite dispensed with after the Month of March.
The Sanitary Condition of the Division remains as noticed in my last Report extremely good.  The Temperance Society formed some months
