I have the honor to report pursuant to Cir No 6 Series of 1866 from Hd Qrs Asst Comr Dist of Va, that the Condition of Bureau Affairs in this Division for the month of March 1868 has been and still continues quite good 
3766 1/2 Rations have been issued to destitutes upon Requisitions approved by the Asst Comr. A considerably increased number will probably be required during the month of April, the Early Spring Months bring as a rule the Season of the greatest destitution among the Freedmen, A large amount of Clothing and a limited amount of Wood have also been issued. A limited amount of Clothing and Wood will be needed for issue in April after which month both of these issues can be suspended until the return of Winter. The Sanitary Condition
