I have the honor to make the following monthly Report for the Month of March 1868 in Compliance with Circular No 6 Bureau. R.F & A.L. Head Quarters Asst. Comr. Dist. of Va Richmond Va January 29th 1866. of the condition of Bureau Affairs, the State of Feeling existing between the Whites and the Freedmen and other facts connected with the welfare of the Freedmen in the 3rd Division 1st Sub. Dist of Va consisting of the Counties of Nansemand and Isle of Wight Virginia.

The Condition of Bureau Affairs in this Division is good. The Freedmen are doing well
