I am sorry to say that then[[there]] has been very bad management both in the selection of a site & the erection of a building at this place (Bristol) & I have recommended the sale of the house & the lot if it can be done so as to get our money back - If this can be done I shall commence immediately the erection of a new house or a more eligible site - Bristol is a very important point - being a rapidly growing town & Rail Road centre there will be a lagr[[larger]] colored population & it very necessary that we have a good school there for their accommodation.
