In compliance with Cir No 6, Series 1866, from H.Q. Asst Commr, I have the honor to report as follows.

Sanitary Condition good, very little sickness of any kind has been reported.

The farmers have commenced work for the season, and the freedmen find plenty of employment and at a very reasonable compensation, thereby furnishing to them a great many necessaries which they have been compelled to deny themselves in consequence of the severity of the past winter
