Endorsement on Communication from Capt J. H. Chapman, V.R.C. Ass't Commissioner of Subsistence Sub Dist of Miss. stating that in Compliance with S.O. 24. H'd Qrs Sub Dist of Miss, he had transferred to Capt the Q.M. Dept, for transportation to Capt. Sutherland, 400 Sacks Corn, and 6- Tierces of Bacon weighing respectively 44,800 lb and 2,750 lb, and encloses 2 receipts and two invoices which requests to have signed and returned.
