Respectfully returned with the information that Miss Oppelt has not, until the month of April, 1867, had a sufficient number of scholars in her school to entitle her to aid from the Bureau, as allowed by existing orders.
I received from Captain Scully, D.O. Bu. R.F and A.L. on the 27th of May the sum of $15, in payment of the Vouchers for the month of April, and sent the same to her in registered Letter, the receipt of which, I enclose herewith.
