Endorsement on rent Vouchers in favor of Fallon Bros for the month of July 1868.-

Bureau Refugees Freedman &c. - Office D.O. and A.A.Q.M. Vicksburg, Miss. Aug. 18. 1868.  Respectfully returned to John D. Moore Sub. Asst. Comm'r - with the information that during the month of May, Verbal instructions were given to him to occupy the Government Building (lately occupied by the School teachers) on and after the first of July. The Asst. Com'r directs that you inform this office why you have not complied with said instructions
