I have the honor to make the following report in relation to Bureau affairs in this Div. Everything is going on about the same as last month. There have been no difficulties of a serious nature come to my notice during the month, but there has been some of the Freedmen to me with the complaint that the whites of the Conservative party have warned them to leave their premesis, should they vote the Republican ticket. This seems to be the great difference between the two races at present in this division of the sub district. I have done my best to establish schools
