session in the Division and that is that is barely existing, the want of Books is the greatest difficulty. No Temperance Society has been organized, the Freedmen being remarkably temperate with out its aid. The Wise Farm is all under cultivation (the cleared portion of it) and the tenants are working industriously on the Crop with a prospect of an abundant one should the weather prove favorable - The Freedmen in this Division as a class continue to be industrious peaceable and well disposed.
