I have the honor to make the following Report pursuant to Cir. No 6. Series of 1866 Head Qrs. Asst Comr Va. for the month ending on the 30th of June 1868.

No marked changes in this Div. have occurred since my last report. Instances of injustice and even physical force applied to Freedmen are not infrequent. In most of these cases I am able to procure redress & satisfaction.
