The feeling between the races does not seem to lose any of its intensity and bitterness, and although no open outbreak has occurred, there is no assurance that such may not take place, should any evil result from the continuous acts of insult and annoyance perpetrated by the more misquious and bitter persons who still cling to their favorite idea of rebellion.
