Fisher has informed him that he (Fisher) has an order for his Townsfield property and that "Over" & he are to pay him the rent for the 100 acres. instead of paying it to the agent of the Treas'y Dept. wishes to be informed in the matter. (Eastern Shore) Va. was rented by me for 1865 to Over & Hannessee. Subsequently I turned over as Treasury agent to Capt Flagg of your Bureau. the said land & lease thereon. The farm I hear has been restored to Mr Fisher the owner by your Bureau I forward this letter therefore for your action.
