Asks for information in regard to the oath to be taken by A.A. Surgeons. & Is one copy sufficient or must an oath accompany each copy of contract which are made in triplicate. Also asks for a copy of the oath that he is unable to find it.

Respectfully returned each and every A.A. Surg. should take the endorsed oath before entering upon his duties. A copy of which should be forwarded with his first voucher for payment. I am of opinion that subsequent vouchers does not require a copy of the oath.
