Respectfully returned with the report that Mr B.F. Hudgins has shown more bitter "secesh spirit" against the requirements of the Bureau in this office, than any other person in the co. absolutely returning to recognize any control of the Bureau over his, or his mothers property, and avows the grab game policy. Threatening any body representing the Bureau if they dared to interfere with his matters or property in the least. I had no doubt he would soon cool off and so I delayed the report and now he has sent his petition.
