States that application has been made to have Agnes Parsons' and her two children (Col'd) removed to the Hosp'l, She is suffering from an old ulcer upon her right leg, and from chronic Rheumatism. She is living with Dr Snelling Cor of Broad & 25th Sts. formerly owned by him, has been at work for him since the evacuation, until within one month. since when she has been confined to her bed or chair. She says she has rec'd no pay since the evacuation, that she has rec'd medical treatment from said Dr till recently but now believing that she will not be able, for some time, to do his hard work, the Dr is anxious to get rid of her.
