Twenty years undisputed possession under any claim in this state as certified by the two citizens within. amounts to a fee simple title against any other title whatever. On the other petition accompanying this is the other certificate of the Clerk of the Court that Mr Neale has a Fee Simple title, which is the best possible evidence in this case. The property was turned over by Mr Ed Hartley Asst Spl Ag't of the Treasury Dept as an abandoned tract, as shown by the papers on file in my office and no legal proceedings for its confiscation or sale by the government have ever been begun.
