The order restoring the property of Wm. A. Graves was issued by the Asst Commissioner on the said Graves filing in this office. 1st A copy of the amnesty oath under the President's Proclamation of May 29th 1865.  
2nd Affidavit that he was not embraced in any of the exception of said Proclamation.
3rd Evidence that no proceedings had been commenced against the property by the U.S. Dist Court.
4th Proof of title.  
The Asst commissioner learns that the lease to Smith was first made out in accordance with the printed form enclosed herein.
