Respectfully forwarded. The applicant has received a special pardon dated November 7th 1865, which I have seen. I have also seen the title deeds of the property and Mr Tazewell Taylor sends herewith certificate that the property is owned in fee by applicant. I can see no reason why it should not be restored. The houses are leased from month to month at a rate of $10. per month.
