Applies for restoration of property situated in Norfolk City & County consisting of a farm known as "Lilliput" & several houses & lots Endorsed Norfolk Va Nov 27th 1865 Respectfully referred to Mr C.E. Johnston Asst Supt &c of Norfolk Co Va. The house on "Lilliput" is occupied by me as quarters. No destitute Freedmen live on the place and crops can be removed by Dec 15th 1865. I have also seen the title deeds of the property and Mr Tazewell Taylor sends herewith certificate that the property is owned in fee by applicant. I can see no reason why it should not be restored.
