Brown asst comr with the remarks that Mr Patrick has filed his oath and evidence that he is not within any of the excepted classes of President Proclamation. in his petition for real estate, which has been returned. The evidence of Mr Bartlett as agent of Mr Churchill shows this is the property of Mr Patrick & would respectfully recommend its restoration.
