Respectfully referred to Capt C.B. Wilder Supt 9th Dist who will report to this office at once why the order in endorsement in regard to rents, on a communication made by C G Griswold for Mrs Rebecca McCaudlish to the Asst Commissioner, and referred to you Dec 5th, 1865 has not been carried out. 
The instructions from the office in regard to rents are so clear that the Asst Commissioner is surprised that so much trouble should arise in the Sub Dist of Yorkton.
