Smith AAG Dept of Va., with the remark that no disposition exists on the part of the officers of this Bureau to prevent the Garrison at Petersburg from obtaining quarters and with the suggestion that Capt Dallas and Capt Barnes can best decide what quarters are needed by the garrison and what can best be shared by the Bureau.
