Respty returned x x x x with the information that upon examination of this case, I found that Two of the within named children, for whose services the freedmen claimed $26.00 are quite small ~ 
The mother (Adeline) admitted that they worked but little. After making deduction for sickness, I rendered judgement against Mr Maggott for $65.00 which was paid the freedmen today in my presence, and which I think in as much as the nature of the case demands.
