Wilder dated March 9th 1866. relative to 56 Setts wheel and 57 Setts Lead Harness &c. now referred to me contains an inacuracy in stating that I inspected the property. I never did so. or in fact saw it. My report on the subject was as follows, (See Col Mallory's Inspection report of 1st.3d.&9th. Dists dated Feby 22"/66 on file under "M") x x x x x x x x I now recommend as before that after Mr Churchill has properly accounted for the property it be disposed of for the benefit of the freedmen and thereby dropped.
