Remarks

2  The camp for destitute and disabled Freedmen is located upon this tract of land the Government Barracks, huts &c. left by the U.S. Army, making comfortable quarters, it is situated about four miles from the city, and in a healthy locality

4  On this farm are two white men, who immediately after the evacuation, moved upon it, and put in a small crop, they have been allowed to remain, as tenants of this office, and are to pay the Bureau one quarter of the crop.

9  These buildings were used as a Confed. Hospital, during the war, they will accomodate about Six hundred patients. there are but few negroes on this place  they are self supporting.
