In accordance with S.O. 126. P.V. from Hd Qrs. Asst. Comr. State of Va, Bu. R.F. & A.L. dated Richmond, Va. Dec 20th 1865, I hereby turn over to Catherine Rockenbaugh the Stone House located in Harper's Ferry, Va. held by this Bureau as Abandoned Lands.

I, Catherine Rockenbaugh, do hereby acknowledge that I have this day received of Capt. W. Storer How A.Q.M. and Supt. Bu. R.F. & A.L. Sixth Dist. Va. the Stone dwelling home located in Harpers Ferry, Va. the said Stone dwelling house being my own property - 
And I also hereby assent and agree to the conditions of the order under which this property is restored to me - Catherine Rokenbaugh 

Mrs Catherine Rokenbaug acknowledged her hand and seal this 13th Jan 1866 Andrew McIntire Justice of the Peace of Jefferson Co, West Va.
