|   |   |   |   |   |   |   |   |   |   |   |   |   | On the Wise farm the helpless poor have been collected from other farms restored to former owners and daily changes occur, as all able to obtain other homes are removed to them as rapidly as possible and then places filled by newcomers less able. The restorated injunction for all who could procure places to leave the farm, has had an excellent effect, and so far little difficulty has occurred in enforcing the removal of those able but unwilling to leave. To encourage such removal the teams on the farm had transported their effects, when they were unable to do so themselves. Considering the quality and condition of the land on the Wise farm, I would respectfully recommend that four (4) or at least two (2) additional horses be |
