Possible error in Names, the initials for sam Armstrong seem to resemble a B. The name barry Williams seems to also resemble Bausey rather than Barry due to the cursive.

It is definitely Saml (Samuel) "C". Armstrong--we see him in dozens and dozens of these FB records.
Likewise, the first letter of the name in the first line is definitely a "C" (Causey)not a "B". Compare the writer's capital B's and C's in names further down the page, as in Cunningham or Cary versus Brown or Back River.
