restored by S.O. 74. Par. III. 10th Octo. 1865. No order restoring the piece of property. No 40 Cumberland st. has been rec'd at this office

Geo. W. Packer owns two tracts of land one in Northampton Co. and one in Accomac Co. As the order came restoring two tracts of land it was supposed there was an error in the land book, and both tracts were therefore reported as restored.

On the list of lands transferred to this office by E. Hartley Spec. Agt. Treasy. the following lands are charged as belonging to the Wise, to Geo. D. Wise the tracts, called "Woodbourne," "Ft. George," and a tract containing (285) Two Hundred and Eighty five acres. 8.M. South of C.H. To John. J. Wise, "Clifton," and a "House and Lot, in Drummondtown". The tracts "Clifton" and "Ft. George," were restored by S.O. No. 32. Par. I. 15th Feby. 66. which order restores, the land on Chesconessex Creek, which includes these two tracts, "Woodbourne" was restored by, S.O. 85, Par. II. 18th May, 1866, thus leaving in possession of the Bureau, the tract 8 miles south of C.H. and the house,
