Transcription Notes:
5/24 - table format was incorrect, pls read instructions, format is now correct; however too many [[?]]s to be marked for review - not sure the ones near bottom of page can be deciphered; however, instructions say not to complete with more than two [[?]]s addressed [[?]] - I cannot find [[illegible]] to be used anywhere in the instructions, pls fill in blanks ---------- Reopened for Editing 2024-05-24 21:01:33 ---------- Reopened for Editing 2024-05-26 20:17:08 Fixed missing and misplaced pipes. This was tricky-trying to decipher the crossouts over crossouts. It may still not be 100% right, but it's a good effort by the previous transcriber! When strikethroughs span multiple adjacent cells, can consolidate the bracket notation into one open and one closed, rather than separate pairs of brackets for each cell. TC requests to minimize use of brackets where possible, and this is a reasonable way to accomplish that. ---------- Reopened for Editing 2024-05-27 13:15:22
